Production & Process

  • We strive to make your collaboration with us as easy and stress-free as possible.

    1. Book a call with us - Once you’ve decided you’d like to start, please reach out to us anytime to book an initial call. During that meeting, we’ll discuss and define the specifics of the project - your goals, your audience, unique design features, deliverables and project deadlines. You may follow-up by sending us any relevant 3d models, drawings, and reference images.

    2. Service Proposal - We submit a fee proposal based on the work scope for your review. Once accepted, we’ll get started with production. We’ll have another opportunity to hold a kick-off meeting to talk about any details not covered in the initial call.

    3. Progress Review - We will submit preliminary view angles and progress renderings during this phase for your review. We allow two revision opportunities to update any minor details.

    4. Final Deliverables - We refine the images and deliver high-res jpg format files to you.

  • Every project is unique and has its own production timeline. However, a typical set of visualizations will take anywhere between 14 to 21 days to complete.

    Actual time required is dependent on many factors including:

    • the overall timeline of the project submission

    • the completeness of the provided design files

    • the number of images requested in the final deliverable

    • any unexpected changes to the design that may arise mid-production

    • how quickly we receive client feedback and sign-offs

    • any delays due to third party consultants

  • We normally work with existing 3d models you send us, but if you don’t have one, we can work from your existing plans, sketches, and CAD files to create one to be rendered.

  • We deliver our final visuals in .jpg format with an image size of roughly 5,000 pixels (width). If you need a larger size, please let us know.

Pricing & Payment

  • Each project is unique and is priced according to the scope and complexity of the work involved. Please connect with us so we can discuss the details and provide you with an estimate tailored specifically to the needs of your project.

  • All projects require a 50% deposit prior to the start of production. The remaining balance is due at completion when final images are delivered.

  • Pixlwrks LLC is a registered company in Miami, Florida, the hometown of our founder, Jason.

    We are a fully remote international studio with our management team based in Bangkok and our production team in Shanghai. The digital nature of our work allows us to collaborate with clients from across the world and deliver our high-quality images to anywhere in the world.
